The credit bureaus dictate what items are required for proof that TRW has the client's permission to represent them.
To get started you will need to collect some documents and complete some simple steps:
Make a copy of the following documents to be submitted with the agreement:
1. Social Security Card, OR a letter from the Social Security
Administration with your Social Security Number on it
2. Driver's License (Be sure that it is current)
The following items must indicate the same name and address as the Driver's License:
3. A Utility Bill (dated less than 60 days)
4. Second proof of ID with name and current address (also dated less than 60 days
ago)
2nd utility bill (e.g., Water, Gas, or Electric),
Telephone (not Cell),
Cable bill,
Bank or Credit Union statement,
or a cancelled check,
Stamped PO Box Receipt.
